How we handle large numbers
Standardising to deliver with consistency.
Standardisation on a schedule
We reduce hundreds of real openings to a handful of recurring types. Fewer variants means more consistent quality, fewer errors and more reliable scheduling.
Salamander and aluminium systems
PVC with German Salamander profiles (GreenEvolution 76, BlueEvolution 72/82) and thermal-break aluminium where you need large spans or slim frames. CE marking under EN 14351-1.
Phased deliveries
The supply is delivered in batches, synchronised with progress. You don't stockpile everything at once: you receive what you need when you need it, on schedule.
Documentation per batch
Declaration of performance (DoP) under EU Regulation 305/2011 and CE marking for every type and batch, supporting inspections and verification.

Italian management, single point of contact
A large order can't have ten points of contact. The operation is run directly by Mirko Vanzo: specification, production and logistics with a single contact, in Italian or English.
Capacity for volume
Our own production, built to handle significant numbers without capacity becoming a bottleneck. Lead times are indicative and set to a schedule at confirmation.
Repeatable quality
On large numbers, consistency is what counts: same finish, same tolerances, same product from the first batch to the last. Quality control runs at the end of the line on every series.
Private label for contract
On request the supply leaves under the customer's brand, with no reference to us: useful for operators and general contractors presenting the product under their own name.

From specification to phased logistics.

Specification and schedule
We analyse the project and reduce the openings to recurring types. We define specifications, Uw performance, finishes and a price list dedicated to the order.

Sampling and confirmation
We produce a sample of the recurring type for validation. Once profiles, hardware and finishes are agreed, the specification is frozen.
- 03
Batch production
Scheduled manufacturing on Salamander systems with quality control on every series. Every batch leaves with its CE/DoP documentation.

Phased logistics
Deliveries synchronised with progress, batch by batch, with protected packaging and an agreed schedule.
