What warranty do you offer?
10-year warranty on Salamander profiles and welds, against deformation and structural defects. The warranty covers Italy and Albania.
Do you operate across Italy?
Yes, we cover Italy's main cities: Rome, Milan, Turin, Florence, Bologna, Naples, Palermo and their surrounding areas. Contact us for other locations.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production 3–5 weeks from order confirmation, then delivery across Italy. In Albania we also handle certified installation (1–3 days).
Are there any tax incentives available?
Window replacement may qualify for Italian eco-bonus or renovation bonus schemes. Rates change annually — check current percentages on ENEA.it and the Agenzia delle Entrate before signing.
Can I see completed projects?
Yes, we have documented projects across Italy and Albania. We can provide local references on request.
