Data we collect

We only collect the data necessary to provide our services:

  • First and last name — to identify you in communications.
  • Email address — to send you replies and communications.
  • Phone number — for direct contact and quotes.
  • Installation address — for quotes and delivery.
  • Messages and requests — to provide personalised assistance.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your quote requests and enquiries.
  • Provide technical and commercial assistance.
  • Send you information about our products (only with your consent).
  • Improve our services and your experience.
  • Fulfil legal and contractual obligations.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):

  • Pre-contractual measures — to respond to the quote requests and enquiries you send us (Art. 6.1.b).
  • Consent — to send marketing communications and for analytics cookies (Art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.
  • Legitimate interest — for site security and abuse prevention (Art. 6.1.f).
  • Legal obligation — for tax and contractual compliance (Art. 6.1.c).

Your GDPR rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request the removal of your data.
  • Restriction — restrict the processing of your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing on legitimate grounds.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time.
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Data retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as strictly necessary:

  • 3 years — contact data and quote requests.
  • 10 years — data related to contracts and product warranty.
  • 2 years — browsing and cookie data (where consented).

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, unlawful disclosure or destruction, and accidental loss.

Data recipients and transfers outside the EU

We do not sell or trade your data. To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — network infrastructure and contact-form delivery.
  • SMTP2GO — sending the emails generated by the form.
  • Telegram — internal notification of requests (optional).
  • Google (Analytics) — browsing statistics, only with prior consent.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union (United States). Transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Art. 44-49 GDPR, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
